The Union County Hospital Authority is a public entity of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a body corporate and politically organized by the County of Union, Pennsylvania under provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act.
The Authority provides for the financing needs of various public entities within Union County, Pennsylvania through the issuance of bonds or notes, the principal and interest of which are paid by the related borrowing institutions.
