Overview
The Union County Treasurer’s Department is responsible for collecting dispersing and investing County monies and maintaining records of numerous accounts. The Treasurer is also a voting member of the Salary Board and Retirement Board.

Print form, follow the instructions. Bring all the information with your remittance to the Union County Treasurer’s Office for your license.
Small Games of Chance Application for Non-Profit Organizations
Print the form, follow the instructions on page 4, fill out all pages except Page 2 #11 (These MUST be signed in front of a Notary Public #13) Bring your remittance and all information (Documentation at the bottom of page 2) to the Treasurer’s office.
