Mail-In Ballot Notice 11/02/2026

Union County, PA has been informed by its vendor that duplicate mail-in ballots were sent to a limited number of Union County voters. The issue has been addressed with the third-party vendor, who mistakenly printed and sent the duplicate ballots. Please know that the State Uniform Registry of Electors (SURE) system ensures that only one ballot per legally registered voter will be processed and counted. It is impossible to accept two ballots under a single voter name. Therefore, if you receive a duplicate ballot, you are encouraged to destroy the second ballot as it cannot be voted.
