Yearly Dog Licenses
You may apply for a yearly dog license at www.padoglicense.com for an extra $2.00 fee. (If applying online, be sure to choose Union County.)
You may also download and print the dog license application here.
Lifetime Dog License
Permanent identification verification forms must be filled out and signed by the veterinarian and returned to the Union County Treasurer’s Office along with the application if getting a microchip.
If getting a tattoo, you must obtain the tattoo number from the Treasurer’s Office along with the Lifetime Dog License Application AND the Permanent Identification Verification Form. Payment is due at that time for tattoos
